Thery're gonna have to work harder next season!

According to the Wall Street Journal, the home of Gossip Girl, the CW network is tanking.

The CBS/Time Warner co-venture lost 28% of its target audience of 18 to 34 year olds so far this season.

And, its ratings during this month's "sweeps" period — the all-important measure upon which future advertising rates are set — are down about 22%.

According to an insider, if things don't turn around dramatically one of the big partners is going to walk away.

The WSJ also points out that part of CW's problem is that the demo its targeting spends a lot of its leisure time on the internet. Good for us!

And, the Writer's Strike probably hastened the departure of the demo from traditional TV to the net.

After the Robyn concert at the Wiltern, THE place to be in Los Angeles on Saturday night is going to be the official after-party, hosted by yours truly, P-Nasty.

The Cobrasnake is gonna take pictures, and Robyn herself is gonna DJ - with special guest sets also from our friends Jeremy Scott and Jeppe from Junior Senior.

Perez may even get behind the turntables and pick some songs for the DJs to spin.

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong are an item!

"They've been dating quietly for a few weeks now," a source close to the couple tells us.

Lance and Kate flew in to Austin from NYC on Friday via private jet.

The pair plan to spend a romantical weekend together in Texas, we're told.

This must be heartbreaking for Jessica Simpson!

While sister Asslee prepares for one of the happiest days of her life (her wedding) Jess is "stabbed in the heart" - as one of the weekly mags put it.

Making things more bitter for Simpson is the news that ex-boyfriend Tony Romo was supposedly about to ask her to marry him.

It seems they had spoken about marriage before. She even referred to him during a recent Glamour magazine interview as her "future husband".

Now, an inside source says that Tony was organizing an "intimate dinner for friends and family" which was to take place in a few weeks to announce the engagement.

The source adds, "Every couple has their problems; we're hoping that they'll have a break and work it all out."

Could this source be Poppa Joe?

Another source adds, "Jessica has made no secret of the fact she wants to get married, and with all the Ashlee wedding talk and Jess’ dad’s involvement, Tony was obviously feeling it. I wouldn’t be surprised if he just couldn’t go through with the proposal and that’s what’s caused the break."

Poor Jess.

Maybe she should go back to playing with mini toy cars.

The Hollywood Reporter "reports" that Ian Ziering has a new series in the works with….. MySpace TV.

When you can't get real work, turn to the Internets!

The project is based on Man vs. Monday, a comedic short film Ziering directed, produced and starred in that made the festival circuit in 2006.

Ziering plays a mid-level cubicle worker who commits some indiscretions over the weekend and faces karma in the form of a rough Monday morning where everything seems to go wrong.

Sounds like a snoozefest!

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are enjoying their last few days before marriage.

Yesterday was Ashlee's "bachelorette," party which was held at popa Joe's and mom Tina's house in Encino.

Tents were spotted being placed on the property earlier in the day with balloons all over the place, in anticipation of this weekend's wedding.

Ass' party was fairly small, with only about a dozen or so of Simpson's friends there, but also in attendance was sister and former Tony Romo girlfriend, Jessica.

The party lasted just a few hours, ending before midnight.

You know, expecting mothers need their rest!

According to the National Enquirer, Will Smith is starting his own school because there's nothing out there good enough for his kids.

Will and his husband, Jada, have until now been home schooling their tots, Willow and Jaden.

Smith reportedly spent about $1 million to lease a campus near his California home.

The campus has been renamed the New Village Academy of Calabasas.

The academy will be run privately for kindergarten kids up through sixth grade.

The school's website says it's accepting applications now!

Wonder if we'll see Suri there in a few years????
